Welcome to our Reception Transition page. This page contains information, videos and activities to support you and your child with the transitions ahead; whether your child is coming from our Nursery or joining our school for the very first time.

The following video has been provided by the Health Visiting Team in the Wyre Forest. 

I hope you find their presentation helpful. There are plenty of links and websites you can go onto for information. You can contact the service, 0-19  Starting Well  Partnership  for advice and support. 

There Parenting groups are providing additional support over the summer holidays. It is a six week course.

Topics discussed will be around Emotional Health and Wellbeing , offering support during the 'Transition /School readiness time . If you are  interested you can contact the team to join the  weekly webinars.  All the details are included in the presentation.  You will also find a leaflet below.

These two games from BBC Bitesize will support your child to become familiar with what life at school will be like. 
The CBeebies website is also a great resource to visit.
